Jingliu is an Ice Destruction character who enters an Enhanced State that boosts her Skill damage. While in this form, she gains Moonlight stacks—each providing 44% Crit DMG, up to a maximum of 220%—whenever allies lose HP or take hits. She generates Syzygy stacks through her Skill, Ultimate, Technique, or when allies lose HP 20 times. This last method is especially effective when paired with Hyacine and her signature Light Cone, which automatically drains ally HP to help trigger Syzygy more consistently.

info
Jingliu only requires around 8,000 HP to make her damage relevant in the current meta. She should use an HP% Body instead of Crit Rate or Crit DMG, as her kit already provides sufficient stat buffs. However, she still benefits more from an Ice DMG Boost Orb than an HP% one, as it offers higher overall damage output.
Jingliu also needs a decent amount of Speed to act more frequently and stack Syzygy faster.
